After I picked up my vehicle, I drove two blocks before the car broke down. My service tech was quick to get to my location to try to fix the car. When he couldn’t, he told me to go back to the dealership the car broke down. My service tech was quick to get to my location to try to fix the car. When he couldn’t, he told me to go back to the dealership and I was quickly given a rental. They took care of having my car towed back, and I came to pick it up the following day. They did drive it around to make sure it was safe to drive. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service experience. However, my only complaint would be they could have considered filling up my gas tank after driving my car around so much and for the stress of the whole ordeal.
