Jim was very friendly and helpful, able to answer all our questions, and very patient with us as we decided what we wanted. There was no price haggling and our conversations with Jeff were straightforward and direct. Both Jim and Jeff went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Between finding the car we wanted, selling my car and purchasing a new car, we were at the dealership for a total of 3.5 hours over two days. It was a very simple and stress-free process for us. We will be back for our next car and highly recommend to others. More
