Art was extremely helpful, not only in helping me pick out the right Honda, but also in helping me select the right car that suited my needs. He was really patient with me and took the time to ensure that he understood exactly what my needs and wants were when it came to buying a new car. He made sure that the car I was buying would be a good fit for now and for the near future. All information about the car's functions, features, history report, and warranty options were made very clear to me; so, I felt well informed when I decided to buy the CRV. Overall, I had a great car buying experience, and would highly recommend Art Morgan to anybody looking to buy a car. More

However, the sales manager, CP Horn and the finance person, Chris, we weren't as pleased with. The sales manager tried the old "This offer may not be available tomorrow" routine. A good dealership should honor a quote for a day or two to allow customers time to consider the offer before making a decision. The finance manager was so stressed out that he was rude to us. He quoted an interest rate & when we told him that it was higher than the salesman had quoted he became very agitated. His rationale was that the higher interest rate amounted to only a few extra dollars a month & he couldn't understand why we weren't happy with the rate. We would expect the dealership to get the very best financing available for the customer, but it was only after our refusal to accept the finance rate quoted that Chris was able to find a lower rate. (And he was able to get the lower rate within minutes - go figure.) Customer satisfaction should be the dealership's # 1 priority, Chris didn't give us the impression that the customer came first. More

Five weeks prior to my purchase, I was in the Baierl Honda show room looking at the new vehicles when Ken approached me to see if I had any questions. After he thoroughly answered my questions, I informed him that my current Chevy was being serviced by Honda. Ken went to my vehicle and came back with an estimate of a trade-in value, and a new Honda Accord vehicle estimate based on what I was looking for in a new Honda. Five weeks later, I contacted Ken to test drive a Honda Accord. Ken was professional, friendly, and very thorough with his explanations. Buying this vehicle was enjoyable. I dealt with Ken via text (my preferred method) for a couple days, including a Sunday. We made an appointment via text, we did all the pricing via text, and Ken even provided detailed financing options to my husband and I via text message. He was so thorough and professional, that my husband and I talked about this salesman whom we had never even met, at a dinner function on the evening before we visited the dealership. When we did make it in to the dealership, Ken made everything so absolutely painless and easy, that we were simply overwhelmed. We have young children and a busy schedule, and this car buying process could not have went any easier. Ken handled every aspect of the sale from start to finish, and we are truly grateful for his professionalism and his friendliness. If every car salesmen made it this easy, the automobile business would have a much better reputation than it has.
