He provided an honest selling price as close as my acceptable number without any tricky negotiation. He provided me the list of optional packages, but didn't push me to buy anything. After signing off all the papers, it was already beyond Mike's working hours. But he still helped me get familiar with all the new car features, and answered all my questions. Worth the trip! My husband and I drove over 4 hours from Cincinnati to look at a used van. Chuck was great with emails and answering my questions.
