I was car shopping on the internet and found Baierl to have a few cars that would fit my needs. I called to speak with a salesman over the phone to get some "ballpark" numbers before we made the 2 + hour trip over to look at the cars to make sure we were on the same page. After a test drive, we came back to a monthly payment almost $150 more than what was even talked about to begin with. After some very painful haggling we arrived to a price that we agreed upon. I left the dealership with an overall good impression as they made good on the price and send us to lunch. We had been there for almost 6 hours and were very ready to leave. After getting my vehicle home (I have only had it for 2.5 weeks) I have had it to the garage every other business day since. This is a Honda Odyssey with only 16k miles on it. Alleged to be a Certified used with their 100+ checkpoints, I'm wondering if the service department even looked at the far. First, it was a vibration in the steering wheel. A local tire shop recommended a balance of the front tires, so I did that, it improved some but not completely so I went back for the back 2. After the back 2 were balanced it was discovered the back passenger tire was separating. So, back to the tire shop for 2 new back tires. Now, this weekend it developed a creaking noise when turning and I will now have to take it into my local Honda dealer and hope it can be fixed before I go on vacation!! I called to let the used sales manager know of the problems I was experiencing and all he could offer was his apologies for the convenience but honestly sounded like he could have cared less. I have owned 3 cars in the last 3 years ( 2 of them being used) and have never experienced the problems I have experienced with this dealership. More
