It all started with the online charting with Mike Sutter. He simply asked for what I was looking for and worked directly to meet my need. He provided an honest selling price as close as my acceptable number without any tricky negotiation. He provided me the list of optional packages, but didn't push me to buy anything. After signing off all the papers, it was already beyond Mike's working hours. But he still helped me get familiar with all the new car features, and answered all my questions.
