The process was very comfortable, I never felt pressured, I never felt rushed and it did not take a long time. The dealership was very clean and neat and all other staff I encountered were professional and friendly. My positive experience at Baierl exceeded my expectations way beyond past experiences at other car dealerships. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to a Baierl Dealership. A simple tire leak cost me $650, and the tire still leaks! I brought my Honda Odyssey in because there was a leak (among a couple other minor things) in one of the tires. It would lose 10 PSI in about 3-4 days I brought my Honda Odyssey in because there was a leak (among a couple other minor things) in one of the tires. It would lose 10 PSI in about 3-4 days, so I would have to fill it twice a week. I noticed there was no mention of the tire on the invoice. I asked about the tire, and Kevin said "Oh, we fixed it for free; the tire just needed to be re-mounted. Well, 3 days later, the tire pressure monitor lights up again. We bring it back again, and this time they said there was a nail in the tread, and the sidewall was damaged, and I'll need a new tire. But, since the tire only had 60 percent of the tread remaining, he recommended I get two tires so the one opposite will match for handling/performance reasons. These are not cheap tires, but I gotta do what I gotta do, right? The bill came to about $650. Three days later the monitor signals low pressure once again (losing 10 psi just like before). I'm betting at this point, the problem was simply a leaking valve stem, since that's about the only thing left it could be. That would have been maybe a $25 fix. I tried to call the service manager four times in a row, since the receptionist kept routing me to a message that asked me to enter the extension number of the person I am trying to reach. Finally she routed me correctly to his voicemail. That was almost a week ago, and I have yet to get a return call. More

What a great experience I had with purchasing a Honda from Dan Brannigan. I had never purchased a used car from a dealership; I was skeptical at best as I followed my friends' advice to look into the used car market. I walked into the Honda Dealership and Dan's demeanor was simply, "how can I help you?" Dan was serious: he wanted to help me. He checked inventory; we talked price range; and he found me a car. I am 56 years old and have purchased a few cars in my lifetime. However, this is the first car purchase I have ever made when I did not feel "buyer's remorse." Dan simply presented the options and had a keen sense of fitting me into a car that would work for me. Also of great importance, Dan is a gentleman in the true sense of the word: he is honest and polite and respectful. More
