Very bad experience! Very rude sales staff and sale manager! Highly not recommended! I contacted the dealership for a quote on one of their 2014 Honda Pilot AWD XLE model. They sent me a quote and tod manager! Highly not recommended! I contacted the dealership for a quote on one of their 2014 Honda Pilot AWD XLE model. They sent me a quote and today (3/22/2014) I went to there for a test drive and see whether could get a deal. I went to this dealership this afternoon with my wife. When we got there and entered the showroom, no one comes to talk to us. We walked around and looked the cars we are interested (the Pilot and the Odyssey). After about 20 minutes, finally there was one agent talked to us and asked whether we need any help. I told him that I had contacted one agent (name Arthur Morgan) and want to test drive the Pilot and Odyssey we are interested. The internet sales manager Lindsay Baierl (she is actually the only one nice person we talked to today) then lead us to Morgan who was at the used car sale building. We waited about more than 10 minutes and finally he spoke to us. The conversation was about 20 minutes. He did not introduce the car to us but kept asking us for the money we want to pay. He told us he was very busy (three customers in line) so he would like to ask how much we would like to pay the car. We told him a number and he said he will work on it and then he asked us to go outside to look the car with the color we like (it is cold and windy outside). After another 40, 50 minutes waiting, he introduced us to the sales manager Jeff Nock and told us they can not sell us the price we would like. I could understand that but the really bad thing is that they refused us to test drive the car. We told them we could not work on the final price before we test the car but they were rude and I and my wife just walked away. Mr Morgan followed us out and I told him he really wasted us a lot of time since he told us no matter what, we would be able to test drive the car. He was rude to me and said that I wasted his time as well. He only spend about 20 minutes with us but we waited him more than 1 hour. This is the first time that a dealer refusing us to test drive a car! I am really disappointed with their customer service and definitely will not recommend the dealer to anyone else!!! More
Salesman was busy at appointment time and after several minutes wait, another sales person contacted the salesman we were to see. We didn't feel too good about having to wait for 15+ minutes. Baierl Honda employees do not care about customers who need a ride. They are telling you to weight and weight. Finally, after asking for my car, they looked for a driver and provide me a ride. This is unacceptable, for this reason I won’t go there anytime soon. There are plenty of options in Cranberry. More
I'd been looking at the website for quite some time and said to my wife that if a white, Accord EX-L gets listed, we have to at least take a test drive. I only work 1/2 mile from the dealership so convenience is a big issue for maintenance of the vehicle. Although we dealt mostly with Nate, everyone that we talked to was professional. The car had only been listed for a week, and we scheduled the test drive for the same day that I called. Although it's a 2011, the car looked shiny new when we arrived. We actually drove the car home that night. I feel the price was a fair price; both for the new purchase as well as the trade in. Our trade in was a 2001 Accord EX-L that we purchased from Baierl Honda back in 2003. (Other than maintenance, no issues with 115,000 miles). I would highly recommend the dealership and will go back for our next Honda purchase. More

I want to thank Baierl Honda for their help in finding me the perfect new/used car. Salesperson Mike Suttor couldn't have been nicer and with his patience I found a great used Honda CRV.
