First off, I really do not like going out to buy a new to me (used) car, but when my wife and I entered the showroom, we met Dan Brannigan who made us feel very much at ease. I had to acquire a car in short margin of time as another phase to prepare to leave a domestic abuse situation. I was referred to Nate Hout by customers who spoke highly of his Customer Service. He is Customer Service personified, his atentivenes, professionalism, patience, almost instantaneous response to all communications, his attention to detail and expertise cleared all obstacles for me. He managed everything in such a manner that I was able to conduct this purchase practically via internet and phone, just having to waltz in and sign the dotted line and pick up the beautiful AWD CVR HONDA which was far beyond my expectations, too. Normally, dealing with the finance department can be a bit tense, but that doesn't happen at Baierl, and not with Aaron Catania. Aaron and Nate found the best deal that I could get. Aaron helped me feel at ease with my commitment, patiently explained the contract's details and responded to all my questions. I was accompanied by a friend who is loyal to the Honda brand, with another dealership...Well, she was so impressed for the royal treatment I received from Nate and Aaron that she and her husband are considering Baierl as their best choice.
