My experience at Baierl Honda in Wexford went beyond my expectations. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. After expressing interest in one specific vehicle, Dan immediately got the keys an expectations. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. As he rode with me, Dan explained as much as he possibly could about the car and answered all of my questions which was very helpful. Buying a car is a stressful situation, and in no way did any employee at Baierl Honda pressure my father or I into purchasing a car with their dealership (which we ended up deciding to buy a vehicle from them anyways). After Dan printed off the Carfax he saw that there was a factory recall on the vehicle. Without even asking him, Dan offered to get ahold of the place to fix the recall before I picked up the vehicle the next week. In the end, I have nothing bad to say about the service of Dan or his fellow employees. Overall purchasing my new car from Baierl Honda was a smooth, exciting, and stress-free experience! Thank you! We did our homework prior to selecting the Honda Hybrid as our next car. After researching where we could find the hybrid in a six state area we contacted Nate Hout. Tell ya what, I don't normally go the dealership to buy cars. And I don't like salesmen. So, when I walked into the used Honda store I was pleasantly surprised when I wasn't treated like you would thin buy cars. And I don't like salesmen. There was a Sirius radio display jamming some classic tracks , which, obviously everybody in the building was grooving on. I dealt with Nathan and he was fantastic!!! He made the process silky smooth and easy!! The financing guy, Aaron, got me a better rate than I came in with- That's always a good thing. Plus , they both had the Sirius radio in their office, again playing some classic rock, not some stuffy elevator music- nothing good ever happens after hearing that music ..i.e.. dentist/ doctor/ lawyer-hint! hint! ( also helps with those quiet/ awkward moments).( hint/hint)! So, everything went smooth, It was relaxing, Nathan and Aaron really did a great job! Happy Customer! I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot ex-l. Came with a great warranty, and was exactly as Nathan had described it. No surprises! More

We really appreciated that Nate provided us with a great deal of information about various options and then was extremely patient as we took a few trips back to Baierl and spent a lot of time in discussion before making a decision. Nate spent a great deal of time with us but never pressured us to make a decision. Again, when it came time to decide on service options, he provided detailed information, had a representative from the business department come and talk to us, and shared his own personal preferences with us. Not only would we come to Baierl again. We would also seek out Nate to help us with our purchase. I think we were very difficult customers, and Nate remained very professional and kind as he served us. More

My wife and I would like to thank Dave Davoos, Tim Golden, Arron (finance), Ken Shultz, and all the people that we dealt with when we purchased our 2014 CRV. Our 2013 CRV was in an accident in Oct and Golden, Arron (finance), Ken Shultz, and all the people that we dealt with when we purchased our 2014 CRV. Our 2013 CRV was in an accident in Oct and was later totaled. From the time it was towed to Baierl to when we picked up our new CRV, my wife and I were very impressed with all involved. A special thanks to Dave for getting us set up with a new car so quick. We told him what we wanted and it was done. This is our fourth car from Baierl and not our last. This is our second from Dave and not our last. Thanks to Tim and Ken for all of the help with our old 2013!!!. And thanks to Arron with the financing. We were really happy with the friendliness, knowledge ,and professionalism of all the above. In fact, from the time at the body shop to picking up our new car, everyone was great!!
