Ryan Shank is truly the exception to the rule when it comes to car salesmen. His service doesn't end when he hands you the keys to your new car as I bought a new 2008 Accord from him and he still accept comes to car salesmen. We have had an excellent experience with the Baierl Honda dealership thus far. The professionalism of the employees is evident throughout the dealership. This is our first Honda, and if it holds up as well as we imagine it will, it will definitely not be our last. Nate Hout was an excellent sales person to work with. He analyzed our needs and sold us the car that matched. He did not pressure us to purchase, and even checked on a 2012 Sport model to see if it would be a better deal for us. It was not the better move for us and he honestly told us so. The long term service through Baierl Honda remains to be seen, but if it goes as well as our purchasing experience has been we look forward to this not being our last Baierl Honda. I've heard horror stories about people purchasing new cars. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase. The Fit is the perfect automobile for us. Thanks Nate! More

I bought a used Honda Accord with 27,000 miles from Baierl Honda less than a week ago for about $16000 (this is after taxes and everything). Not only did they provide the numbers we were led to believe would be given, but also spent time (over 2 hours) going over the various technical aspects of the new car we purchased. A sense of humor also came with the sale as well as a keen sense of honesty and professionalism as we worked through the various aspects of financing and delivery of the vehicle we selected. Additional opportunities await us if we continue to return for future assistance if we would select Baierl for work or buying opportunities. Each department that we visited was professional and courteous with a sense for our needs and our time. This was truly a wonderful buying experience! I've been a baierl honda client for about 7 years and purchased 3 vehicles over that time. Just bought a Fit and while the sales process was better than most dealers - the experience left a bad impressi purchased 3 vehicles over that time. Just bought a Fit and while the sales process was better than most dealers - the experience left a bad impression due to the actions of the sales person re: price for an accessory. Sales person told me he was giving us his "employee price" for an accessory. He took my wife and I to the parts desk and told the parts person he was giving his "employee price" on the accessory as well. By the way - parts person didn't introduce himself and acted like we were basically bothering him. I checked the Web when I got home and the "employee price" is actually the MSRP. So the employee price spiel was basically untrue. Not the best way to treat clients - especially return clients. People aren't stupid. Cancelled the accessory order and found an OEM distributor on line that was $50 cheaper than the fabricated "employee price". More
