I had been looking at used SUVs for about a month. I even contacted the sales rep who sold me my current vehicle, but he did not seem to have time for me. I then decided to look at Baierl. I bought my first car at the original Baierl dealership way back in the early 70's. I had a good experience again at a Baierl location about 10 years ago. I searched online and communicated with Rebecca Maguire and Chuck Surman on what I wanted. Both were gracious and helpful, without pushing. I was able to find several I liked. I went to Baierl Honda and met Chuck, Rebecca and Lisa, in finance. All 3 were authentic, genuine and pleasant. I purchased a beautiful 2017 Honda Pilot and Chuck went over things with me. Using the push-button start was something I had never done! The car is great so far, and I expect it to be great for years down the road. We initially visited Baierl to look for a used car for my daughter and were instantly impressed by George Tanner's style and unpressured salesmanship. With the car market being as crazy as it is right now, I wasn’t expecting to find cars to test drive, let alone buy within a reasonable timeframe. My husband and I test drove a used Odyssey and a used Toyota Sienna at Baierl Honda back in June. We decided to go with the Odyssey and we were able to put down a deposit that day. The van arrived this week (ahead of schedule) and we were pleasantly surprised. I’d heard a lot about dealerships charging way above MSRP but that wasn’t the case here. The whole process was straightforward and easy. We worked with Gene Hlister and he was friendly, responsive, and respectful. I corresponded with a few salesman at different dealerships and he was by far the best. This was the best overall experience. More
