Baierl Honda

Firstly, buying our Honda Odyssey was the best buying experience at a dealership I have ever had. We have also had body work done here at Baierl. I recently bought new tires for my van and unfortunatel experience at a dealership I have ever had. We have also had body work done here at Baierl. I recently bought new tires for my van and unfortunately did not purchase them at Honda. We have had a very bad experience with the tires we bought elsewhere and Bill (Honda) has been the most help in this matter. This review is to reflect the fact that this dealership and service manager have gone above and beyond the call of servicing the customer and making sure that my Honda is the best vehicle for me and my family. Dave was very helpful, courteous, and patient w/ me throughout the entire selection and purchasing process. He expllained everything as far as setting up the iMID, finding the various points of interes throughout the entire selection and purchasing process. Dan Brannigan went above and beyond to find me the right CRV. He was not pushy. He also went out into the soaking rain and hail with me to find the right vehicle. Just a short note to compliment your sales associate Dave DeVos. I am a first time buyer of the Accord and Dave was able to answer all my questions concerning the different Accord models. I would like to especially commend Rich Stokoski. Rich gave me a lot of help over several weeks while I vacillated over a new CR-V, used Odyssey and finally a Pilot. I have had a good relationship with Dan Murphy, a knowledgeable mechanic, over the years with my old Odyssey and wanted to be able to stay with Baierl, so I was grateful for the new offer. Rich was low key, not at all pushy and when we reached a deal was very thorough with my orientation to the Pilot. My only quibble would be with the Sales Manager, who was not completely forthcoming about the extent of the existing warranties provided by Honda and Baierl when he tried to sell me on an extended warranty plan, which I declined. More

Chuck made sure we were entirely comfortable with our purchase and went out of his way to ensure that we left the dealership knowing what every last button does in the car-he even set up the bluetooth and contact list for us! He, and all of his colleagues, were extremely nice and friendly to our one year old daughter who spent much of the time running laps through the dealership. Rocco was so helpful with our financing and took the time to explain answer all of our questions. We highly recommend anyone to Baierl Honda and look forward to working with them again in the future. I told him what I was interested in and he encouraged me to look over the booklet, bring any family member and stated he would not "force' me into anything I did not feel comfortable. I did my "homework" on the vehicle, made an appt., brought 3 family members and he,Vinnie< was excellent. He is a credit to the dealership and I would recommend him to ANYONE regardless of age to buy a vehicle. More

Mike and the Sales Manager were honest and upfront about the condition of the car and were able to work with me to get the price I needed.
