I had a good and bad experience this evening. One sales guy, Tim McCormick was very nice when he had greeted me. Tim allowed my wife and I to test drive along my 2 children without a sales pers One sales guy, Tim McCormick was very nice when he had greeted me. Tim allowed my wife and I to test drive along my 2 children without a sales person, but in the middle of our test drive, he called and said that car was sold despite my pervious conversations with him in the morning and early afternoon. I came back and returned the keys to a sale rep who said he sold it with no apologies and I said that it was ridiculous to treat customer like this but he said "that's the car business". So if you want to be treated fairly, I would suggest to go to another dealer who truly cares about the customer and not just chasing the money. More
