The financial person, Mike, was also very easy to work with. They even took car of us when we realized our tire had a slow leak a few weeks later. Edited: I wrote my initial post while waiting for them to fix my slow leak. I had to wait almost 2 hours with a 3 year old and 9 month old. It was less than ideal. And when I finally got back in my car with my tired kids, I realized that they didn’t fill the patched tire. I still would recommend for the car buying but less for the service dept. More

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My family member passed away recently and had a lease with this dealership. Only once we told them we could just have the police station tow it and they could take it from there did they offer to have someone pick up the car. I will NEVER purchase from this dealership or any Baierl. I hope they have to deal with this one day and see how it feels. More
