Service after purchase is horrible. I have been trying to contact finance department to get some information about my extended warranty for 3 days now and there is no response and they didn't comeback to me contact finance department to get some information about my extended warranty for 3 days now and there is no response and they didn't comeback to me till now.... Also, maintenance service is very bad. I purchased a new Honda Pilot and it has lots of problems. the alarm keep beeping by itself, I took it to the service and they said they fixed it but, after few days the problem is back again. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, and a total waste of time. Rude, wouldn’t provide a service car while they worked on my vehicle, and then completely ignored my appointment service, and a total waste of time. Rude, wouldn’t provide a service car while they worked on my vehicle, and then completely ignored my appointment (10am) and didn’t let me know until I called to ask for an update at the end of the day. They hadn’t even touched it yet. Pathetic excuse for a service center. Don’t waste your time there. When we tried to speak to the manager Shauna I was appalled at the lack of professionalism or customer service and seriously wonder why she’s allowed to talk to customers with such contempt. More
