I was indecisive between the HR-V and the CR-V and he not only took the time to weigh the pros and cons of each car with me, but he really knew his stuff and was able to point me in the right direction for what would best accommodate my current lifestyle. Art turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a seamless visit with his genuine kindness and an added bonus of a great sense of humor! He treated me with the utmost respect and his customer service is truly unmatched. I also want to give a shout out to Dan, PJ, Terry, and Luke for all of their hard work and assistance during my visit - the team work was truly appreciated! I will absolutely be back to lease another car from Art Morgan and the Baierl Honda Team in the future! More

Service after purchase is horrible. I have been trying to contact finance department to get some information about my extended warranty for 3 days now and there is no response and they didn't comeback to me contact finance department to get some information about my extended warranty for 3 days now and there is no response and they didn't comeback to me till now.... Also, maintenance service is very bad. I purchased a new Honda Pilot and it has lots of problems. the alarm keep beeping by itself, I took it to the service and they said they fixed it but, after few days the problem is back again. Also, Apple play has lots of issues. More

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, and a total waste of time. Rude, wouldn’t provide a service car while they worked on my vehicle, and then completely ignored my appointment service, and a total waste of time. Rude, wouldn’t provide a service car while they worked on my vehicle, and then completely ignored my appointment (10am) and didn’t let me know until I called to ask for an update at the end of the day. They hadn’t even touched it yet. Pathetic excuse for a service center. Don’t waste your time there. When we tried to speak to the manager Shauna I was appalled at the lack of professionalism or customer service and seriously wonder why she’s allowed to talk to customers with such contempt. More
