The dealership responded on both here and yelp, asking me to reach out and provide them more information so they can improve in the future and possibly regain my trust ( as they seem to do with most negative reviews). While I have zero interest in ever buying a car from these scam artists, I worked in customer service for a number of years and truly wanted to give them honest feedback so that they can improve for others. Since that time, I have called multiple times and asked for a sales manager—I have left messages for both Laura (listed as Honda sales manager on their site), and when I heard nothing back, went online to find another manager and called CP (listed as general sales manager on their site). It’s been almost two weeks and nothing back. They have no interest in getting honest feedback from disappointed customers in order to get any better. Absolutely reaffirmed that I made the right decision to have nothing to do with this dealership. Its like they respond online just to appear to care. I’ll await to see if maybe after this they actually return my call. More

He went as far as driving 2 hours to get some paperwork signed so that I could take my car home that day. He definitely knows his stuff and I would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically Raheem. More

Worst Car Buying Experience Imaginable I'm not one to blast a business on multiple sites, but think my experience warrants everyone knowing about how dishonest this place is, and almost a w I'm not one to blast a business on multiple sites, but think my experience warrants everyone knowing about how dishonest this place is, and almost a week later they have yet to even apologize. I don't take calling someone dishonest lightly. We planned out our Saturday to car shop and planned to test drive a few different cars. I loved the CRV and was presented a great offer. We agreed on a price (handshake and signed agreement), left to go get the title on my trade in from my house and clean out my car, came back to pick up the CRV, and was told that they screwed up the presentation of the offer and could no longer honor the price that was presented to me. They could have easily called and saved me the time and hassle and just be honest that there was a mistake. Mistakes happen, but at least be honest about it. Instead of just calling me and explaining that there was a mistake made, they ran my credit and let me drive BACK to the dealership in what I am assuming was their attempt to try to get me to take the car anyway under significantly worse terms. Can't imagine ever going back or recommending this dealership to anyone--they totally misrepresented what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. The process is hard enough without being lied to. It's a shame since I really did like the CRV, but I will be taking my business to somewhere that at least pretends to be honest or at minimum, can honor a handshake agreement. Luckily, my car runs fine and I am not in desperate need of a car. Can't even imagine how they treat someone who is in a more immediate need. Hopefully everyone sees this review before they waste their time at this dealership. More

It was excellent, done in one day, no hassels, met my needs I needed a business vehicle for work that could transport equipment and people. It had to be easy to get in and out of and have a nice ride. The vehic I needed a business vehicle for work that could transport equipment and people. It had to be easy to get in and out of and have a nice ride. The vehicle had to be able to go into harsh environments, but look nice for the customers. I looked at Ford, GM, Toyota, Subaru, and Honda in that order. All of the vehicles I looked have rented for out of town travel. The Toyota RAV was nice but had a few issues that I did not like. I needed a blue vehicle. The blue that Toyota had was florescent blue. In driving it the engine RPM would drop in speed when stopped, then speed up when the brake was released. This is a gas saving feature that can be very annoying. Radar assisted driving sometimes false triggered on a long drive. The Subaru was about equal to a Honda with a little more room in the engine compartment. The final decision for me was the dealership and my time is money. My salesperson was Mr. George Tanner. George had a very good understanding of my needs and gave me a true/fair price for the Honda CR-V. I was able to close/pickup the CR-V in less than an hour. Before I bought the CR-V, I had used it to deliver equipment to a customer for a show and tell. The CR-V made is east to unload the crane positioning system and was a good view to the customers who helped me unload it. More

I am still getting used to the new technology,but hopefully I will master it soon, I certainly appreciate Brian (who explained all the details of the car), and Luke(who helped with the financing details) . I am hoping to get another 10 years out of this Odyssey. More
