The Tech explained from top to bottom features on the 2019 Pilot and also offered that we can set up a follow-up appointment to review any additional questions. The salesperson was friendly and took as much time as we needed with the test-drive and questions regarding features and comparing differen vehicles. Again the Baierl Team was Exceptional!
