My daily drivers are Hondas, and for maintenance/repairs for which I either don't have the experience or just the time, I work with Mike J. as my service adviser, and Wayne as my technician. These guys have always done great work for me and provide good value for the dollar. Keep up the good work, guys! And Bill, who oversees the entire service operation, seems to captain a good ship. Bill has also always been available and helpful when I have had questions on anything. More

He made us feel at home, handled the entire process of the deal without getting a manager involved as other dealerships do, spoke to us as friends and spent a considerable amount of time with us . Although we traveled 40 miles to baierl Honda, it was well worth the time and effort. Joe is a true professional and a credit to the Baierl Honda staff. More

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LYING UNHELPFUL STAFF, INCOMPETENT NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE TERRIBLE STAFF, LYING, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.From the receptionist all the way up to the manager and director, the staff NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE TERRIBLE STAFF, LYING, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.From the receptionist all the way up to the manager and director, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I called to get my manual door lock fixed. After several blind transfers to find someone who could help me, and having to explain what was wrong multiple times because the staff did not communicate when transferring, I was finally given an appointment. I was told they had to have the parts shipped overnight. I took my car in two days later at 8 in the morning. I received a loaner, which the employees seemed to have a problem with. I was told that the mechanics have been giving out too many loaners and the car I was taking was the last one. I heard back from the dealership close to closing time that day and was told that a "clip" was needed and wasn't shipped with the part, my car would be ready the next day. I was surprised that the shop did not know they did not have all the parts they would need at 8am when I dropped it off and that they just now were realizing it at 5pm. With this I asked to speak with the department head, Bill. He seemed happy to help at the time, when I told him I would not be able to pick my car up the next day. He said my vehicle would be ready that evening. When he called back to tell me my car was ready, he said that the mechanism for an automatic locking door wouldn't work. I had to explain that the door was manual, and that didn't matter. Why he thought it was automatic, I do not know. I said all I wanted to do was be able to lock my door with the key, as I had always done. Since the cylinder in the door lock had frozen, I could not get my key in and had been leaning across the front seat to lock it from inside. He said the door would work and I would be able to use my key again. When I got to the dealership, MY CAR WAS BROKEN EVEN MORE THAN WHEN I HAD BROUGHT IT!!! The door would not lock from the inside or the outside, I was completely unable to push the lock down. The rep had already run my credit card and I took him back out to my vehicle and he tried for five minutes to make it work. I was told that Bill would call me in the morning and this would be corrected. I took the loaner back home and in the morning I received a call from another rep, who asked me if I needed to have all of the locks replaced!!!! I was so upset and concerned that no one knew what the other was doing that I demanded to speak with Bill. I was told he was on a test run. When I finally did get in touch with Bill, he said he had just gotten to work! I explained to him that the vehicle was in worse repair than when I had brought it and that the representative this morning was completely clueless as to what was needed to fix it. I instructed him that no one else was to touch my vehicle, and that I was on my way to pick it up. In the course of our conversation, Bill actually RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME started talking over me on the phone! I told him I would not be spoken to that way, and was shocked at the lack of customer service. When I got to the dealership, Bill tried to deny that he had ever told me my car would work and that I needed an actuator. I explained again that that was not necessary because this was a MANUAL door. The manager Shauna joined us,and when I told her that he has raised his voice to me over the phone, she actually tried to defend him and said I was the one who was wrong! (What ever happened to the customer is always right? )I demanded my vehicle be given to me and a refund for the labor. On the way out the door I asked for Shauna to try to work the lock, which of course would not go. She said defensively that that was why I needed an actuator, which, if I hadn't been so hasty, they would not have charged me labor for. Upon taking my vehicle to get repaired at another shop, the mechanic who actually fixed my door confirmed THAT AN ACTUATOR IS FOR AUTOMATIC LOCKING DOORS. My mechanic said the dealership actually had BROKEN the latch! Turns out they were trying to sell me a part I didn't need! More

Great service center I called regarding a service need and they told me to just bring my vehicle in, that it wouldn't be a problem.
