On the day of service, when I reached there, there was long queue of cars to go inside. As doors for cars was closed, I had to sit in the car to get car inside. While waiting outside, you may be blocking other cars. It took some time to clear the queue inside and I can get my car inside. As I had taken service appointment, I was expecting wait time to be under hour. But at reception I was told that it may take 1.5 - 2 hrs. to service the car. So I decided to take shuttle service. Dealership has replace shuttle service with Lyft. So got a prompt personalized service to and from dealership. Car was ready in 2 hours, I don't have to wait to get to dealership and get my car back.
