Purchased used car Salesman Charles was very attentive to the car for which I was looking including mileage, price limits, make and model etc. He patiently waited for me Salesman Charles was very attentive to the car for which I was looking including mileage, price limits, make and model etc. He patiently waited for me to check out other dealers cars before seeing and test driving the one he had and I ultimately purchased. No push to spend extra money on extensive warranties and such. Gave us an I.O.U for touch ups to car that we did not have time to get at purchase . Very professional and positive experience More

Routine Maintenance I appreciate the service. I think the mechanics are skilled. I liked the text messages as well but I did get some messages that seemed irrelevant. I appreciate the service. For example, I received a text message that the car was not ready but I had already picked it up and left. Also, I got an email about how to pay but I already paid when I was there. In general I liked being kept informed on the progress. I liked the convenience of waiting at the location also. Thanks. More

Thorough and painless. Was upset that I didn't hear from Dave, who was assigned to do the work, until I picked up my car. Had specfied I wanted to be called if charges would Was upset that I didn't hear from Dave, who was assigned to do the work, until I picked up my car. Had specfied I wanted to be called if charges would be more than $50. I 'knew" they would be calling as I was getting an inspection/emissions and having a problem with a "low tire pressure" light that wouldn't go off. When I went to pick up finished car later that day was presently surprised the bill was under $50. There had been no reason for Dave to call. Yet, they had spent alot of time resolving the fire pressure light. Had car up on rack and made sure no tires were losing air. Could not get light to go out so they rebooted the system. Success! No charge! More
