Thorough and painless. Was upset that I didn't hear from Dave, who was assigned to do the work, until I picked up my car. Had specfied I wanted to be called if charges would be more than $50. I 'knew" they would be calling as I was getting an inspection/emissions and having a problem with a "low tire pressure" light that wouldn't go off. When I went to pick up finished car later that day was presently surprised the bill was under $50. There had been no reason for Dave to call. Yet, they had spent alot of time resolving the fire pressure light. Had car up on rack and made sure no tires were losing air. Could not get light to go out so they rebooted the system. Success! No charge! More

The salesman, Jamie, went over all of the features of the car during the test drive and again when I came to pick up the vehicle. There is a lot to know with all the electronics and sensing features, and he explained them in great detail and helped me set the options that I wanted. He was professional. friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him, and will consider him again when I am ready for another car. More
