I appreciate the quick service and the courtesy inspection. When I made the appointment for my car to be inspected, I neglected to mention that it was a month past the due date. When I did mention it to Kim, she didn't seem to be repelled by my neglect, lol. I thought that they would have preferred it if I had left the car there all day, but I needed it in the morning. It took a surprisingly short time - maybe an hour and a half or two? - to complete the inspection and wash the car. As I mentioned above, I appreciated the courtesy inspection - I don't think that any of the other dealerships I've purchased a car from in the past 40 years offered that. I'm disabled, and I also appreciated that the employees were quick to help me open the doors, and to bring my car to where I could more easily get to it when the inspection was done. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service at Baierl's. More

It was also great that the part you ordered for us was there that evening and we didn't have to come back to pick it up. I was not expecting a free loaner and it was pretty neat to drive a newer Cr-v and compare it to our 2014. It's neat to see how designs change over the years. Tire Problem Resolved Quickly! I discovered a screw in a tire while shopping Saturday afternoon. I called Baierl Honda Service. I was relieved that they were open and that I could bring in my vehicle for service. I was initially discouraged that the tire could not be patched. But the guy who checked in my vehicle reminded me that all tires bought through Baierl have a road hazard warranty. I had purchased the tire through Baierl about a year and a half ago. So I only had to pay a prorated amount rather than the full price! Plus, mounting & balancing was free! I was out the door with my new tire and washed vehicle in about an hour and a half. I never used Saturday service before, but I certainly appreciated the availability of competent Baierl Honda Service employees that day. More
