Beware, this is not the Baierl you've heard good things about over the years. We've bought seven cars (Chevy and Honda) from Baierl and were always impressed with their service. I was there for a state inspection and oil change. They told me I needed transmission fluid, brake fluid, and fluid for rear tires. My bill at the end was over $700! I was appalled by how much it was and on top of that I waited over 3 hrs. I wish they would have gave me an idea of how much everything was going to cost before the very end. For a car that is still so new I was very upset by how much “maintenance” it needed. Being a young woman and coming in on my own, I felt robbed and taken advantage of. I won’t be coming back More
