Years of Excellent Service I have been working with Art Morgan since 2007 when I purchased my 2007 Civic LX. I have never had that Civic serviced anywhere except Baierl. Due to I have been working with Art Morgan since 2007 when I purchased my 2007 Civic LX. I have never had that Civic serviced anywhere except Baierl. Due to their knowledgeable careful service, this vehicle with 170,000 miles is still in excellent condition with extremely low maintenance costs over these 11 years. I am keeping it as a second vehicle. Art has made a habit of checking in with me many of the times I was at the dealership for oil changes and maintence. Such attention resulted in my talking with him about purchasing a new Civic. He was very helpful with comparison figures on slightly used and new Civics. Due to the excellent finance rate Honda provides, I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic LX last week. As usual it was a no pressure, informative and pleasant experience. I will continue to have my Civics serviced at Baierl and touch base with my now friend, Art Morgan, during the years to come. More
