Inspection and oil change on Odyssey 2016 I had my 2016 Odyssey for inspection and oil change, and to check the lug nuts for possible rust. Kim was my service adviser. When I picked up the I had my 2016 Odyssey for inspection and oil change, and to check the lug nuts for possible rust. Kim was my service adviser. When I picked up the car I checked the oil and it had not been changed. I called Kim, she checked with the service department and somehow the oil change was overlooked. She apologized and offered 2 free oil changes. When I took the car back for the oil change she made certain that the service was performed as soon as possible and I did not have to wait too long. My wife and I were also very pleased with how well the process of paperwork was. Everything was explained very well and we were in and out in no time.
