Going in, we knew the price was a bit higher than we were willing to spend but my son wanted to test drive this car. After the drive, Art asked what we were willing to spend out the door and he made that deal happen quickly and painlessly. On the downside, we drove home to Latrobe from Wexford only to find out the next day the lug nuts on the front driver side were all on very loosely. Luckily, my son noticed a horrible noise while driving locally and got the car home immediately with no major incident. I did pass this info on to Art and he said he would share with the dealership. Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience. More

Inspection and oil change on Odyssey 2016 I had my 2016 Odyssey for inspection and oil change, and to check the lug nuts for possible rust. Kim was my service adviser. When I picked up the I had my 2016 Odyssey for inspection and oil change, and to check the lug nuts for possible rust. Kim was my service adviser. When I picked up the car I checked the oil and it had not been changed. I called Kim, she checked with the service department and somehow the oil change was overlooked. She apologized and offered 2 free oil changes. When I took the car back for the oil change she made certain that the service was performed as soon as possible and I did not have to wait too long.
