Baierl Honda has an outstanding selection of used late models CRVs, and Haston directed me to a couple of high value candidates and I easily made the selection. Then when the kids arrived home with the (maybe more than slightly) used Impreza and got it to Baierl, Haston was incredibly professional and had everything organized and lined up so that were able to quickly complete the transaction - and we still had time to prepare for Thanksgiving! I interacted with about 6 different people (I regret not memorizing everyone's names) in the Amazing service from the very second I parked on the lot! I interacted with about 6 different people (I regret not memorizing everyone's names) in the 35 minutes I was there, asking various questions and everyone was polite, respectful and vastly helpful, most especially Ashley Duerring. I was quoted an hour wait time for a new master key (other dealers quoted me 2+ hours) and Baierl had me in and out with a new key and a freshly washed car in about 35 minutes! I have at least 2 other Honda dealers closer to me, yet I will drive the 50 minutes to Wexford for this wonderful experience next time I am in need of service. More
