Awesome I had an issue with vtc actuator. It was making a grinding noise on cold start ups. The actuator is covered under warranty. But the warranty is only g I had an issue with vtc actuator. It was making a grinding noise on cold start ups. The actuator is covered under warranty. But the warranty is only good if your vehicle is under 60,000 miles or under 5 years old. Which ever comes first. Well I'm under 60,000 (Barely) but the car was 5 years old in May. So the service advisor (Mike) contracted management to see if it could still be fixed under warranty. They came back with a YES! So the work was completed by an awesome technician (Dan) and the noise is gone. Another nice perk was the loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed. Had the pleasure to test drive a CR-V for a couple of days. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me! More
