Baierl Honda has an outstanding selection of used late models CRVs, and Haston directed me to a couple of high value candidates and I easily made the selection. Then when the kids arrived home with the (maybe more than slightly) used Impreza and got it to Baierl, Haston was incredibly professional and had everything organized and lined up so that were able to quickly complete the transaction - and we still had time to prepare for Thanksgiving! I interacted with about 6 different people (I regret not memorizing everyone's names) in the 35 minutes I was there, asking various questions and everyone was polite, respectful and vastly helpful, most especially Ashley Duerring. I was quoted an hour wait time for a new master key (other dealers quoted me 2+ hours) and Baierl had me in and out with a new key and a freshly washed car in about 35 minutes! I have at least 2 other Honda dealers closer to me, yet I will drive the 50 minutes to Wexford for this wonderful experience next time I am in need of service. More

Dan Brannigan is a true professional, not just a salesman. I had several requests that I asked to be fulfilled prior to purchasing our used vehicle. I wanted to make sure that it fit in our garage; I wanted my personal mechanic to inspect the vehicle; and I wanted some minor body blemishes to be fixed. Not only did Dan accommodate my requests, he went above and beyond to satisfy us. He drove the vehicle to our home after hours to check the fit in the garage. He drove the vehicle to my mechanic for the inspection while I was at work. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the body shop had missed fixing one of the dents. Dan had it fixed, and dropped off the vehicle at our home the next day. Communicating with Dan was easy. There was no pressure, and he responded to calls and texts promptly. Working with him was a pleasure. He treated my wife and me with respect. I will call Dan the next time I need a vehicle, and will recommend him to friends and family. More
