He was very nice and professional. He was direct and honest with us which we appreciated in his salesmanship. He explained the situation of things and offered to help us look around for it. On a very busy day, he went above and beyond to answer all our questions and took us round to show us other alternatives. We ended up settling for a Honda Pilot 2016 Touring. We were supposed to pick up the car 2days later. Mr Dash called in a few hours that the car was ready for pickup. The overall experience was terrific and Ken is an asset to your Baierl Honda. More
