As soon as Honda unveiled the 2016 Civic, I knew it was the car for me as I honed in on the EX-T. As late April came around, it was time for me to start shopping. I reached out to Baierl Honda for a price quote, and it was much less than what I had been hearing other people were spending on this model. George Tanner got me in the door, but unfortunately our schedule's didn't cooperate, so I never worked with him in person. I walked into the dealership just hoping to talk to someone about the car and possibly test drive it, and Ken Dash took time out of his day to help me out and answer any questions I may have had. By the next day, I had a car picked out, and Ken went out of his way to help me get the best deal possible on this Civic. As a 23 year-old first time car buyer, this should have been a daunting experience for me, but the people at Baierl were unbelievably friendly and helpful, and I cannot recommend this fantastic dealership enough. Five years later I had been "walking the fence" on purchasing a new redesigned 2016 Honda Pilot because my five year old Pilot was still in excellent condition and trouble free with only 41,000 miles. Buying new vehicles over the years has never been one of my favorite things to do. However, I will say that dealing with Baierl Honda and especially Art Morgan has been somewhat of a pleasure. We called in advance to speak with a salesman to make sure the HR-V that I wanted was still in stock, and after they confirmed that it was we rushed out there. Lindsey Baierl gave me a very fair trade in value on my 10 year old car and worked closely with our salesman to assure that I got the specific HR-V that I wanted (as other people had come in to look at that HR-V as well, but without planning in advance as I had). The whole experience from walking in the door to leaving with my new car took approximately 2.5 hours. This included their assistance in setting up a new car insurance plan for me and finding me an even better loan with a lower interest rate than I had previously been approved for from my bank. Everyone at the dealership that we dealt with were efficient and treated us with respect; they made my first time of buying a new car an effortless and enjoyable experience. More
