Excellent service from Haston Lowman I feel like I turned into a fairly worst case customer over the course of a couple weeks dealing with Baierl and Haston, but I have to admit looking b I feel like I turned into a fairly worst case customer over the course of a couple weeks dealing with Baierl and Haston, but I have to admit looking back he handled it all in stride. Haston's service started with chasing down info on a used car that wasn't yet ready for sale, which is the car I ultimately purchased. Along the way he helped me check out and test drive a few others even though they weren't at his home Baierl lot and dealt with challenging issues when the car that I wanted to purchase wasn't initially serviced quite right. And he dealt with MY challenging issues of uncertainty over the car vs its cost and nearly walking away from an almost complete deal. I'm pretty sure that he and perhaps some others on the Baierl staff were pretty frustrated by the end, but the car has worked out well and Haston was instrumental in making sure that happened. His patience and professionalism are an asset to Baierl and I would highly recommend seeking him out for your next purchase. More

During our search we found a 2013 Honda Pilot at Baierl Honda in Wexford, PA that would fit our needs. The dealer was closed at the time but my wife decided to contact them via telephone. To our surprise David Devos, Salesman answered the telephone and she briefly spoke with him and explained our situation. He suggested we stop down and that they had several vehicles we may be interested in; including the Honda Pilot we were enquiring about. We arranged a time to meet with Mr. Devos the next day. On April 30, 2013 (yes the end of the month) we meet with Mr. Devos and he show us several Honda Pilots. During the process Mr. Devos was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We did not feel pressured into anything and felt like we were treated fairly and honestly (hard to find these days); can’t say enough about how nice he was to deal with.
