Awesome Experience I walked onto the lot from a recommendation from a friend (who came with me to shop). I searched online for months, and had a list of what exactly I wanted for what price, etc. After about a minute, Art came over and asked how he could help. We found the right car for me, I got about $750 more for my trade than it was worth (thanks, Art!), and I got every single thing I wanted out of a car (based on the specifics I gave to Art). I am impressed by how quickly everything got settled. I honestly expected a nightmare of my first "real" car buying experience, but Art really made the difference for me. He met with me late in the evening on the last day of the month - a busy time for dealers usually - and gave me a good look at the car and all of its background info.
