Awful Service Staff This is regarding Baierl's Service wing. Though they were okay initially, my last few interactions have been traumatic. I brought in a 2008 Honda Pilo This is regarding Baierl's Service wing. Though they were okay initially, my last few interactions have been traumatic. I brought in a 2008 Honda Pilot (~75,000 miles) in excellent condition and asked them to do an inspection. They made a series of recommendations; I trusted them and accepted their services. Immediately after driving off the Baierl lot, I noticed problems. After I returned for an appointment 10 days later, the staff did not accept any responsibility for possible mistakes. Instead, they charged me for a procedure that was either unnecessary or their own fault. The staff were now rude and condescending; they protected each other, provided conflicting explanations, and blamed me for the issues. After consulting with a different auto-mechanic, we realized that the $2000+ Baierl charged was "highway robbery." * I do not recommend their "Full Inspection" package. It is simply a VISUAL check that cannot detect many mechanical issues. Note the other Google Reviews (e.g. Kaila) that note their problematic inspection services. More

None of the cars on the lot the day we visited were what we were looking for, but we spent some time with Art, who was patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were in the market for. As new inventory came in, Art stayed in close contact with us, really focusing on finding the vehicle we were looking for. After 2-3 weeks, we found the right one, and the process continued smoothly from there. Art was attentive to all of our questions as we looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. We quickly and easily put together a good deal, with no games or stall tactics that I've experienced at other dealerships. Overall, our experience with Baierl and with Art was great. We plan to drive this Pilot for many years to come, but when it comes time for us to go car shopping again, our first call will be to Art at Baierl! More

As soon as Honda unveiled the 2016 Civic, I knew it was the car for me as I honed in on the EX-T. As late April came around, it was time for me to start shopping. I reached out to Baierl Honda for a price quote, and it was much less than what I had been hearing other people were spending on this model. George Tanner got me in the door, but unfortunately our schedule's didn't cooperate, so I never worked with him in person. I walked into the dealership just hoping to talk to someone about the car and possibly test drive it, and Ken Dash took time out of his day to help me out and answer any questions I may have had. By the next day, I had a car picked out, and Ken went out of his way to help me get the best deal possible on this Civic. As a 23 year-old first time car buyer, this should have been a daunting experience for me, but the people at Baierl were unbelievably friendly and helpful, and I cannot recommend this fantastic dealership enough.
