Awesome Experience I walked onto the lot from a recommendation from a friend (who came with me to shop). I searched online for months, and had a list of what exactly I w I walked onto the lot from a recommendation from a friend (who came with me to shop). I searched online for months, and had a list of what exactly I wanted for what price, etc. After about a minute, Art came over and asked how he could help. We found the right car for me, I got about $750 more for my trade than it was worth (thanks, Art!), and I got every single thing I wanted out of a car (based on the specifics I gave to Art). I am impressed by how quickly everything got settled. I honestly expected a nightmare of my first "real" car buying experience, but Art really made the difference for me. I am so happy with my purchase and would recommend any of the Baierl dealerships to a friend... but especially Honda. Thank you for everything and for making my car buying experience truly memorable. Chris found me the right car when I needed it the most. Chris Lipnicky knew that we were in bad spot - we had just bought a house and due to a freak car accident needed to replace a vehicle. I called him, told him about what happened and what our criteria were and he came back with a list of 4-5 pre-owned cars that were on the lot. He met with me late in the evening on the last day of the month - a busy time for dealers usually - and gave me a good look at the car and all of its background info. The buying process was super smooth. I was very apprehensive as I had never bought a used vehicle before but Chris really calmed my fears and I love the new car a lot! More

Ignored woman shopper I visited the showroom on Saturday (without my husband) and was checking out the CRV. I sat in the driver's seat, passenger seat, opened the trunk an I visited the showroom on Saturday (without my husband) and was checking out the CRV. I sat in the driver's seat, passenger seat, opened the trunk and was really looking over the vehicle. Although a few employees were in their office, no one approached me. I had to ask for the literature on this particular model and one of employees (who I had to approach) didn't know where the brochures were kept. He asked another person to help. Even after receiving the brochure, neither of them attempted to engage me in conversation (what brought you in, what do you like about this particular model, do you have any questions, etc.). It was if I was invisible. I walked out feeling very slighted and disappointed. We currently have a Honda Odyssey and LOVE it!!! Not sure that I would like to return given this experience. More
