Exceptional sales and service! I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot at Baierl Honda, trading my 2011 Honda Pilot which I had also purchased new at Baierl Honda. Both purchases were made dealing with Art Morgan, Senior Sales Rep. I have been satisfied with the service at Baierl over the five years since my initial purchase. Five years later I had been "walking the fence" on purchasing a new redesigned 2016 Honda Pilot because my five year old Pilot was still in excellent condition and trouble free with only 41,000 miles. Buying new vehicles over the years has never been one of my favorite things to do. However, I will say that dealing with Baierl Honda and especially Art Morgan has been somewhat of a pleasure. I had stopped in and talked with Art a couple of times previously about the 2016 Honda Pilot ......no pressure! We called in advance to speak with a salesman to make sure the HR-V that I wanted was still in stock, and after they confirmed that it was we rushed out there. Lindsey Baierl gave me a very fair trade in value on my 10 year old car and worked closely with our salesman to assure that I got the specific HR-V that I wanted (as other people had come in to look at that HR-V as well, but without planning in advance as I had). The whole experience from walking in the door to leaving with my new car took approximately 2.5 hours. This included their assistance in setting up a new car insurance plan for me and finding me an even better loan with a lower interest rate than I had previously been approved for from my bank. Everyone at the dealership that we dealt with were efficient and treated us with respect; they made my first time of buying a new car an effortless and enjoyable experience. More

We were helped by Mr. Art Morgan, a Salesman at Baierl Honda. Mr. Morgan was professional, knowledgeable, mindful of all our needs and especially helpful in the purchase of this vehicle. This is our second purchase of a vehicle at Baierl's and can only hope that Mr. Morgan will be available for our next purchase at this dealership. Mr. Morgan listened intently to our needs and what we wanted to purchase. He worked diligently at providing us with the information about financing and the overall necessities that are required in purchasing a vehicle. He should be commended for his experience, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He is truly an asset to the Baierl organization in vehicle sales and I believe quite capable of more responsibility in the field of sales. It should be noted that I believe he should be promoted ahead of his peers when an opportunity presents itself. Please know that this purchase was a tough decision on our part and Mr. Morgan made it extremely reasonable and comfortable in completing the transaction.
