Poor service Visited the Honda shop this week with a noise coming from the motor. Upon the expert tech review by Honda I needed a new power steering pump. $430 lat Visited the Honda shop this week with a noise coming from the motor. Upon the expert tech review by Honda I needed a new power steering pump. $430 later I am driving my Accord with the new pump. 2 days later I hear the same sound so they repaired the wrong thing. Called them to see if they would look at the car and I was put off until the following Monday. Just left another shop with a new alternator and no noise in the motor. Last time I will visit a Honda shop and may be the last time I buy a Honda. Carl Cooper More

Chuck Surman is my guy. I bought three Hondas for family members. I usually call Chuck and say "I need ....." and each time he came back with the right vehicle at the right price for me. Two weeks ago it was time for me put my 2004 Nissan to rest. I called Chuck, told him it was time. Few days later he said he had a deal. Nice, brand new 2015 Honda Accord V6 at a very competitive price. With the benefit of have a prior relationship in place, you get a person who understands what you want and can afford. Getting to the final deal has gotten faster each time. The business manager Rocko is very personable, down to earth. We had more fun talking with them! Great car, great folks, efficient service. Why go anywhere else? If Honda would make a retail car with a V8 and Chuck said it would be a great car, I would pre-order one. Nothing against the other guys there.....but you need a car....go see Chuck Surman ! More

This past fall, I noticed a growing spot on my door upholstery that was starting to peel. I made the mistake of going to another Honda dealership (rhymes with "Valley Honda") and they gave me the run around. Unreturned phone calls and emails, waiting for approval from a district manager that never came, their service manager even had the nerve to cook up a few far fetched explanations about how I could have caused this damage myself. I have been waiting for 4 months for them to finally take me seriously. Apparently warranty work isn't important to them. Finally, I got fed up and called Baierl to see if they could help me. I spoke on the phone with Mike Juliano in the service department and he was great. Mike and the service manager, Joe, looked at my car and the string of emails that I had sent to the other dealership and made the call on the spot that yes, this was covered under warranty. In fact, they ordered the interior door panel and within 48 hours my car was repaired. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received. More
