Great dealership with professional employees I was looking to by a Jeep and did plenty of research on what I wanted and when I spotted the one on Baierl's website I was so excited. I met with Dave Devos and he was absolutely wonderful and very easy to talk to. He took time to let me think about the purchase and I felt no pressure what so ever. We went for a test drive and he was patient with me because I didn't know the area. He is very personable and I felt right at home in the dealership. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional starting with the receptionist to the sales people, managers and even the young men who took the time to get my Jeep all cleaned up for delivery to me. Just a great group of people! I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle in the future and would recommend them highly! I love my Jeep!!! Thanks DAVE!!! More

Mike Suttor is perhaps the most approachable, knowledgable and caring guy I met. It was buying a car from an uncle. He thoughtfully walked me through the process. I never felt pressured. It was a seamless transaction. I just purchased a Honda Certified 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L. The starting price was the best around and I definitely looked all over the Internet. We reviewed the vehicle on day of delievery. Aaron was excellent as well. Mike and I noticed a couple things wrong with it and immediately he was on it. He went to Service and arranged everything with Shauna/Shawna. I am dropping off my vehicle tonight and picking it up tomorrow! I will keep everyone updated. I have purchased many many vehicles and I have never had a salesperson do that for me. I would definitely tell my friends and co-workers about baierl honda and Mike Suttor. More

Dan was able to turn around an unfortuante situation by listening and understanding her needs and my concerns. My daughter couldn't have the car right away because Dan insisted that the mechanics inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Dan went the extra mile to make sure that my daughter was safe and that our purchase was one that would be satisfactory. Baierl went the extra mile by immediatley making repairs to the vehicle prior to delivery to me. I have already recommended Dan to my friends by way of social media and will definitely sent anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to Baierl. Thank you so much! More

The vehicle I wanted had just come on their lot and was not ready yet. Dan and the used car manager, Chuck Massart, even provided me with a loaner car, at no charge, while my vehicle was being prepared for the sale. I really was overjoyed and felt like they honestly cared about my needs. I am very grateful for the service I received and getting a quality product at a fair price.
