My expectations were completely exceeded when John immediately gave me a warm welcome and proceeded to guide me through everything. He was incredibly nice, fun, and easy going...not pushy or overbearing as some sales people can be. He was just great! He made the whole "buying a new car process" completely easy and non threatening, as I was a bit overwhelmed going into it as a first time buyer. He was so helpful and went above and beyond in my opinion, to make sure I got the best deal, and customer service. I was very pleased with him, and the whole Baierl Honda experience.
