Our salesperson, Andy Head, made the process easy and efficient. Although we live almost 2 hours away (this started with an internet inquiry), Andy made it an easy decision to complete the purchase with Baierl. Andy worked hard to find us the car we wanted, he communicated well (not pushy but always quickly responding to any question we had), gave us a great price, and in general, went above and beyond. He immediately brought us right t My wife and I were fortunate to be greeted by salesman Dan Brannigan as we walked into Baierl Honda in Wexford, PA. He immediately brought us right to his office, which was decked out with some pretty funny posters and personal pictures. I knew right away he was a guy I could get along with. He began by pulling out a summary sheet, which he used to learn about our current car and our desires/needs for our next car. Once we told him, he gave us a complete list of cars in their inventory that best fit our summary sheet. He really knew their stock and was sensitive to what we wanted. What we really wanted was to take this red hot Civic for a test drive. However, it was on the showroom floor, surrounded by other cars. Without hesitation, he moved all the cars and drove the Civic outside! He took us on an extended test drive, explaining every feature and inviting us to play around with the fun aspects of the car (I had the stereo pretty loud). Once back in his office, we never felt pressured, dumb, or clueless. He made us aware of all financing options and specials. What's more, when we made an offer, he made sure to speak with his manager and fight for the price that was right for us. He was so welcoming. This comes as a relief, as most of the car salesmen we dealt with at other places were not very personal or knowledgable. As for Baierl Honda, they set high standards for the way they do business. They didn't just sell us a car. They sold us an officially Honda certified car and they put new high end tires and brakes on it. They changed the oil and the transmission fluid. They had a new inspection and emission performed, along with many other maintenance items. They sold us a car that was beautiful, cared for, and ready to use. Thank you Baierl, thank you Dan. Because buying a car was not urgent for us, my husband and I had been looking at many different cars at various dealerships in and outside of the Pittsburgh area. I called back and we were able to arrange a time to get together. From the moment I walked in I felt very much at ease with the process of buying a new car. Ken had had the Accord that I had been interested in already brought up that I could get in and take it out for a test drive. Deciding that it was the right car for me, Ken then was very helpful in making this transaction run smoothly and I am very happy with this.
