I had past experience with Baierl but it had been years since buying there and lets just say it was quite a bit different back then. I made a cold call to the dealership on a Friday afternoon looking for a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite and Jamie was the employee that answered when I asked for a sales person. He was extremely prompt and able to answer all my questions. We met briefly following that call to take a look at the new Pilot. I was able to setup a test drive for the following morning when they would have one on the lot. The trade they offered was right where I wanted to be. They warned me upfront that I would have a wait on the Pilot Elite since they are in high demand, but to my surprise they came through 3 weeks sooner than they had estimated. Closing was a smooth and efficient as it gets with Chris. He was extremely friendly and helped us with any questions and issues. The dealership has grown recently, and so too has it's sales force. If you are looking for a Honda and are in the Pittsburgh area, at least call Jamie and see what he can do for you....I doubt it will be a waste of your time! More

Upon meeting him, we knew that we had made the right choice. He took the time to make sure we explored all of our options, had us test drive both a 2016 EX and a 2015 EX-L to make sure we were happy with our final choice, and then worked with us on a price. Definitely felt like we were being treated as a family member. He even helped us to find a second used vehicle (for which we were looking) and took the extra time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. More

From the beginning, Jamie was easy to talk to and never made it seem like he was out to sell us something. He gave us the information we were looking for and never pressured us into any decisions. Each time we went back we felt as though we were going back to chat with a new friend rather than a salesman. I asked around to see if anyone I knew had a dealer they preferred and I was told my a trusted co-worker that Mike was the guy for me, she was right! The entire experience with Mike was fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough to everyone. I am the car person in my family and Mike not only respected that but went out of his way to talk with both me and my husband about the things in the car each of us cared about. The rest of the team at Baierl was always very helpful and courteous. I will buy all of my cars from this location as long as I live in Pittsburgh. More
