John is Awesome! First time buying a car, I didn't know what to expect. I walked in hoping just to talk to someone and get some information...help with the process. My expectations were completely exceeded when John immediately gave me a warm welcome and proceeded to guide me through everything. He was incredibly nice, fun, and easy going...not pushy or overbearing as some sales people can be. He was just great! He made the whole "buying a new car process" completely easy and non threatening, as I was a bit overwhelmed going into it as a first time buyer. He was so helpful and went above and beyond in my opinion, to make sure I got the best deal, and customer service. I was very pleased with him, and the whole Baierl Honda experience. I will absolutely be recommending him and the dealership to people in the future, and look forward to working with them again if/when the time comes. Oh, and my new car is AWESOME! Thanks so much!
