Came in to have my truck serviced, lube, oil, filter, and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires which is now the 3rd time I have caught them doing this in about the last 3-4 years. They mark on sum tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires which is now the 3rd time I have caught them doing this in about the last 3-4 years. They mark on summary bill that they performed this task as well as relearning the TPS system and adjusting air pressure to the correct levels. None of these tasks were completed or attempted. I have a wheel with a mark on it and I track its position before and after. The 1st 2 times I received a voucher for a free oil change, nothing this time. What bothers me most is I can’t trust them that they changed the filter or even the oil for that matter… This appears to be a systemic problem at this dealership and apparently it is condoned by the management because they fail to catch it, correct it, or monitor it… Apparently I have to find an alternative shop to have my service performed. More
