Very poor communicators. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and never kept me updated or gave me an anticipated date of when I could get my car back. They put an almost $900 They had my car for almost 2 weeks and never kept me updated or gave me an anticipated date of when I could get my car back. They put an almost $900 car part in after running a diagnostic test. My initial complaint was that the brake lights were not working. When I did finally pick my car up, my brake lights still did not work! I stopped by my normal mechanics shop. It was a fuse that needed to be replaced. So I don't even know if it needed to be done. I will not go back. More

I walked in 0745 AM without any appointment and it was all hands on deck.!! I spent a week in Baker City, Or. spending time with a friend who just had major surgery, I explained my situation and the whole all hands on deck.!! I spent a week in Baker City, Or. spending time with a friend who just had major surgery, I explained my situation and the whole team listened and treated my situation as an emergency to get me back home.!! My 1992 GMC Sierra was road tested and completed by 1:00 PM. Now I’m a retired mechanic so I’m really impressed with the whole Staff at this GMC Dealership Shop.!! This would have never happened in the Vancouver, Wa. Area.!! Whenever I’m back in Baker City, I’ll make it a priority to give these folks my Business.!! More
