Dain make sure that everything with the pricing and payments I wanted be the way I wanted and he went through the paper work to make sure I get the additional packets that I requested to be. Rod was a respectful and took the time to re read the paper work and double check that I got everything that was agreed to before going to sign the paperwork. All representatives did not put pressure and gave the time requested to make that final decision if I wanted to trade or keep my previous car and I ended up changing cars and walk out happy with the deal. Since 1993 I have never had any complaint or issue with them. David Bentz is my service manager and he takes care of everything I need to maintain my Xterra. David plans ahead for me and knows I want my Xterra on the road, not in the shop. He actually knows me and the vehicle. I drive millions of miles and I never want to have any problems when I am hauling my horse trailer or on the road in the middle of BFE Texas. I drive with confidence because I trust David and the service department. He always makes sure my work is done without a lot of wasted time, he answers all my questions, and he lets me know what I need to do to keep ahead of any maintenance. I LOVE my 2012 Xterra and as a single older woman, I LOVE that I never have to worry about taking care of it because David Bentz and Baker Jackson are honest and reliable. It takes a huge burden off me to know whatever happens to my Xterra, I will be in good hands. More

I first spoke with Shaun Kennedy on the phone and he was very professional and helpful so I decided to come test I purchased a 2006 Lincoln Navigator. I first spoke with Shaun Kennedy on the phone and he was very professional and helpful so I decided to come test drive the Navigator. When I got there I was referred to Jonathan Church and we took it for a drive. He was also professional and friendly. I decided to purchase the Navigator but never felt pressured which I liked a lot. Rod in financing gave me options on warranties but I never felt pressure to purchase anything I did not want. Overall my experience at Baker Nissan was great. The easiest car purchase I ever made.
