On Thur, 3/7/2013 at 09:00 am, brought Quest '07 in for warranty replacement of AC blow/fan. Fri noon, Mario informed me that they can't work on van until they receive the blower, hoping to get van ou for warranty replacement of AC blow/fan. Fri noon, Mario informed me that they can't work on van until they receive the blower, hoping to get van out by Saturday before 5pm. Saturday noon Mario report that I need to pay for 5hr of labor ($120X5) to clean debris (bird nesting) out of the vent!! My van is always parked in the garage.Couldn't get car back 'til Monday. When picking up van found 90MIles added to odometer, front passenger seat at 45° + pushed back, preset radio stations erased + had one Spanish station set. Confront Mario about issues, he referred me to service manager whom was not available at the time. Next day found cd was not working!! Brought it back & they said there is a coin stuck in there. To fix it, it will cost at least $250!!! Spoke to service manager, Larry Patterson, about all the issues. What a joke!! He couldn't give me a straight answer to all the issues. Instead of putting out the fire, he added fuel to the burning situation. Needless to say, I WILL DETOUR EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH (VIA PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA) AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I told him that I was coming in for my 1st oil change and he said that we can take care of that. I asked him about the shaking of my car when it is in idle and he said that his xterra does the same thing and that Nissan is working on a program to fix it and it might be out the end of this year or next year and taken care of as a recall notice. I was completely satisfied with his knowledge of my problem. He asked if I was going to drop it off or wait. I told him that I was going to wait. He told me that there were drinks and snacks at the counter and to have a seat and it should be ready in about 45 minutes. I was watching tv, playing on my computer, and enjoying a nice hot chocolate when they called my name; I was not even aware of how much time had passed. It was a way better experience then the dirty and disgusting waiting rooms I usually wait in for car service. I look forward to my next oil change at Baker Nissan North. More

I was so appreciative of their kindness and patience with me since I was the one that showed up unprepared but got it all accomplished. Worst customer service ever. If you are in the market for a new car, just try a different brand. Anyway, if you are in a mood for a Nissan, just try any other Nissan dealer in Houston: Sterling McCall, Tom P a new car, just try a different brand. Anyway, if you are in a mood for a Nissan, just try any other Nissan dealer in Houston: Sterling McCall, Tom Peacook, Mossy... I tried to contact the Customer Services several times about a problem with my Maintenance Agreement, but they were elusive, and their answers were evasive and no polite at all. No professional. This was his answer: “I spoke with my general manager and due to the fact that your purchase was over two and a half years ago and the fact that contractually we have fulfilled our obligations there is nothing we can do at this point. I apologize for the confusion on the description of your maintenance plan whether it was explained correctly to you or not. We have made several attempts to contact you with no luck." Patrick Uhlig Internet Director Baker Nissan North We have two possibilities: 1 – If the Plan was correctly explained, the customer has a problem and the customer service should have to work in order to find a solution to this problem. 2 – If the Plan was NOT correctly explained, or NOT explained at all, THE DEALER has a problem, because this could be a SCAM. In any case, this is not the answer than any customer would expect from any Customer Service. I'm sorry, because I love my Nissan Altima. But this one will be, for sure, my last Nissan car. More
I bought a Sentra 2012 SR at Baker Nissan North. I traded in a BMW 325xi. They offered me a good price for that car. I found the whole deal acceptable and I went home driving the Sentra. Also the gas consumption is great. This car is perfect for commuters.I appreciated a lot the way that I was treated at Baker Nissan North, as well as the deal I was offered.
