Carl was very accomodating during the sales process, worked diligently to get us the "deal" we needed and was very thorough explaining our new vehicle to us after paperwork was completed... The sales manager was pompous and abbrasive, but luckily our time with him was limited. When my wife returned later in the week to have some equipment added to vehicle she was shocked to find that their attitudes towards her were less friendly and less accomodating... she felt "brushed off" and as if she was an inconveinence! The salesman went out of his way to get the exact car I wanted. But when it came time to negotiate the price of my trade, he was less than forthcoming. I had a good experience with Baker Nissan. I recieved a loyalty discount as I am a repeat buyer. They had the trim, color, and interior I wanted for my Armada.
