I had purchased my Xterra from Baker Nissan North in 2008 and was extremely pleased with the entire buying process then, so it only made sense to go back when I decided to upgrade to a Pathfinder. I priced the vehicle with other dealerships in Houston and ultimately the best deal was with Baker North. Carl was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and when they didnt have exactly what I wanted Carl was able to track it down at another dealership for me. I love my new car and feel great about the purchase. Thanks Baker! You can be sure I will be back when its time to trade up to an Armada. More

In April/2011 we purchased a pre-owned 2007 Mini from your dealership. At that time, we assumed, in obvious error, that your pre-owned inspection program would leave us with a good quality vehicle which your dealership. At that time, we assumed, in obvious error, that your pre-owned inspection program would leave us with a good quality vehicle which would not require MAJOR work within the first year of driving. We also thought that the sales process went very well. Contrary to our assumptions, we are now paying a huge bill to replace a clutch on the pre-owned vehicle you sold us 6 months ago. We had even purchased the extended warranty from you thinking that that means Baker Nissan is confident about your pre-owned vehicles. Useless assumption. We of course realise that a clutch is being considered a wear-and-tear item, however we do not understand why you should be permitted sell this vehicle with a clutch which was going to fail within 6 months of driving (note not every day either). In this situation, we do not agree with your sales manager's point of view that the life of the clutch depends on the driver -- this is not something caused within 6 months of driving regardless. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your store due to the sheer fact that your pre-owned sales program is obviously a misrepresentation. I pity your other customers. And after this experience with you, we will likely never consider purchasing pre-owned again either. Never say never? Easy with your store. This has been extremely disappointing. To say the least. The moment i got my trade in vehicle,I noticed there was a lot of things wrong with it.Its been a month now since I bought my vehicle and I am still going back over there to have parts of it fixed. Some parrts they have to order and being back ordered..I can't get straight answers from the salesman that sold me the car..Called and left a message for the pre owned manager never got a call back..Many headaches and wasted a lot of my time. But I want to mention Paul Morgan that showed me Professionalism and good customer service, finally, after a month of going back and forth to this dealership.. He addressed my concerns right away, no lies and most of all he apologized for all the inconvenience that I had experienced.. Im still waiting for a part they had to order for my vehicle but I wished that I dealt with Paul Morgan all this time, he get things done..Thank you Mr.Morgan. More

Carl was very accomodating during the sales process, worked diligently to get us the "deal" we needed and was very thorough explaining our new vehicle to us after paperwork was completed... The sales manager was pompous and abbrasive, but luckily our time with him was limited. When my wife returned later in the week to have some equipment added to vehicle she was shocked to find that their attitudes towards her were less friendly and less accomodating... she felt "brushed off" and as if she was an inconveinence! More
