Selling Lemons I purchased a used Murano from them in December of 2018. It has been riddled with problems. When I spoke to a representative of their car company abo I purchased a used Murano from them in December of 2018. It has been riddled with problems. When I spoke to a representative of their car company about my warranty she stated that the warranty did not cover the issue. when i paid to go to another mechanic because dealerships over charge. The issue was not fixed. Looking on the internet I found that my problem is a common issue with the Murano. When I called the service center today I spoke with representative who stated that it was covered. I called back to see if my previous cost from mechanic was covered the service manager told me that I should know what is covered in my warranty and it is not their job to know. That's why you have service centers to answer questions. They are sellling Lemons on their lot and not trying to fix or solve the problems. More

Very unpleasant with the purchase of my new car I’m not satisfied about the customer services and the finance department at this dealer. First, we agreed on the price with cash offer because of thei I’m not satisfied about the customer services and the finance department at this dealer. First, we agreed on the price with cash offer because of their cash back incentive and then they come back to say we have to finance through them. If we pay in cash, they would increase the car price for another $500. They told us that we have a good credit, so the interest on the loan would be low and we can pay off in 3 months. When we went to the finance department, the guy told us the interest rate at 6.27% period regardless to our credit score and we cannot pay off until after the 4th payment. Also, the finance guy made the term on the loan to 72 months that was totally different from the ad that offered either 36 months or 60 months. From the rule of thumb, the longer the term, the more interest we have to pay. For the big company, they should not play a game to lure us paying high interest in a deceptive way of doing business. I’m very regret to buy the car at this place and would never go back or recommend anyone. More
