Deceptive pricing practices While searching for a new Nissan NV SL, I found Baker Nissan's listing on KBB for the exact vehicle I am looking for at a good price. So, hopeful, we While searching for a new Nissan NV SL, I found Baker Nissan's listing on KBB for the exact vehicle I am looking for at a good price. So, hopeful, we call to inquire about the vehicle, and the salesperson begins explaining that the price I see listed can't be the real price because it is listed under MSRP. I don't enjoy being talked down to, and I know what MSRP is and I would NEVER pay that. The salesperson seemed to imply that it was a general listing and that KBB couldn't know the real price, so I corrected them by explaining that this was Baker Nissan's listed price on THEIR post which even listed the vehicles stock and VIN #, so this was no general post or mistake on KBB's part. It appears they like to advertise good prices just so they can sucker you in and then try to charge you more. Extremely unethical practices leading to a huge waste of my time. Not only that, but I tried to talk to a manager and they sent me to an automated directory. Called back and instead of the manager, they transferred me to the original salesperson who didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Unfortunately that leaves this review as my only recourse and warning to others. More

First Class Service!! I was at the collision center to get my car scratches fixed. Ashley Mount come over to assist me. My first impression was wow, definitely first class treatment! I told my husband, "Mercedes Benz services can't even compare to this!" Ashley did an estimate for my car and told me it would take five minutes, sure enough it took five minutes. I had to go so I left afterwards and communicated with her throughout the day. She was so responsive in answering all my questions and made sure I was okay with each step that we would take for the repairs. Her communication skills, grace and professionalism throughout the process was fantastic! She took care of my loaner and, and I got my car back in no time! My collision repair was done by , and my god, not only is the job amazing, but it came with a lifetime warranty!!! The cost? A few hundred below the estimates that I got from other places!! Yes and this is on a Mercedes Benz. Apparently Baker Nissan collision repair center have certified employees who have previous experiences working on Mercedes Benz! More

I first called in and spoke to Kelly Ramirez, who helped to streamline the entire process. When I came in, everyone was so nice to me here. I had gone to a few other places that wanted to give me a ridiculous price, but the sales manager, Rodney, took the time to listen to me and helped me find the Maxima I wanted while staying in my budget. Amazing Service!! I brought in a silver 2008 Sentra for an inspection, oil change and a repair. The experience was great. I was set up with a rental within 5-10 minutes of dropping off my car and was on my way to work. They made the drop off process as least stressful as possible. It's always a pain having to take time off of work to drop of your car etc.., but I was able to drop my car off at 7am and still be at work on time-thanks to their quick response time and just efficiency in what they do! You guys and gals are awesome! Keep up the amazing work!!! More

Quick and Courteous I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, and it was a amazing experience. I've had to come back a few times because of my tire and each time I wa I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, and it was a amazing experience. I've had to come back a few times because of my tire and each time I was treated very nice and I wasn't there long at all. I had a an appt for my oil change but wanted to come in a day earlier. I called and spoke with Carlos and he assured me that I could come a day earlier and it was close to 4pm and I wouldn't be there long. He was very pleasant to talk to and he explained everything to me and I was in and out in 30 mins or less. That was great for me because I was just getting off work and was tired. The lobby was clean, drinks and snacks were available. So I will be returning for future service. More
