First visit to service I felt like the process to make a service appt and get in touch with people was too difficult. Also, my question could have been answered over the pho I felt like the process to make a service appt and get in touch with people was too difficult. Also, my question could have been answered over the phone, saving me a trip in, however the person I spoke to initially did not give this option. I had hopes that the service department would be great to work with but was a bit disappointed. I was also asked several times why I didn't go over the issue with my sales person. This was not my responsibility and yet I felt almost lectured about it each time I talked to a different person. More

Worst experience ever. My “new” tires looked horrible, and My rims are damaged. They claim it wasn’t them but my back tires were not replaced and my rims are perfect.
